Decision Description
1. The development hereby permitted shall begin before the expiration of three years from the date of this decision.
2. No development shall take place until samples of the materials to be used in the constrcution of the external surfaces of the buildings hereby permitted have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. Development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
3. No development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the localplanning authority lans and/or specifications of the doors and windows, including rooflights, and pipeworl and gutters. Development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
4. No development shall take place until a landscaping scheme showing details of new trees and shrubs and the programme for their planting has been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The landscaping shall be carried out as approved. If, within a period of 5 years from the date of planting, any tree or plant is removed, uprooted, destroyed or dies, another of the same species and size shall be planted at the same place, unless the local planning authority gives its written consent to any variation.
5. The garage shall be kept available for the parking of cars at all times.
