Proposal includes extension to side & rear of existing residential property, with loft conversion. Two storey extension to side of property (1.2m) maintaining ridge height of existing building. Single storey extension to rear of property (2m). New rooflights to roof to rear of building to allow light into loft conversion. Design has been revised following comments and dialogue from previous application NP/DDD/0919/0950, where the extensions were connected as one 'wraparound' design. The two have been separated to be independent of one another for this application.
