Tree 1 (T1) Species: Beech (Fagus sylvatica) Number on Sketch Plan: T1 Proposed Works: Light crown lift to provide 3–4 metres clearance from ground level, focusing only on branches overhanging the bowls green. Works to be carried out to BS3998:2010 Tree Work Recommendations. Reason for Works: To increase light onto the bowls pitch while maintaining the amenity value of the tree. Additional note: No vehicles or MWEP to be driven onto the green. Tree retained Tree 2 (T2) Species: Cherry (Prunus avium) Number on Sketch Plan: T2 Proposed Works: Remove branches touching the building to provide 1 metre clearance from the structure. Works to be carried out to BS3998:2010 Tree Work Recommendations. Reason for Works: To prevent damage to the building caused by branch contact. Tree retained
