Listed Building consent - Partial demolition of the stone walls forming the spillway channel of the mill pond at the Timber Yard, installation of a new concrete foundation and rebuild the walls on a like for like basis. Installation of small diameter pipe (approx. 20-25mm) within the rebuilt.wall to allow ground water to pass through into the stream.
