Description
Listed Building consent - Re rendering of the brick extension and associated masonry repairs to the lintels of it's utility door and the adjacent window 2. Removal of the brick headers over the door and fit a concrete lintel or a steel "L" section and rebuild prior to the application of Lime Render. Removal of the rotten timber lintel over window 2 and replace with a "Quarry Picked" Birchover grit stone lintel to support the existing stone step under window 1.
