Listed Building Consent - Relocate staircase from the rear of the property to the front, enclosing side with full height t&g boarded partition. Make good first floor and form small bedroom. Relocate boiler & make good where balanced flue penetrated the external wall. Reuse boiler room / store as downstairs WC, with WC and wash hand basin connected to existing drains. Remove redundant hot water cylinder, install new combination boiler and re-configure airing cupboard. Rewiring to modern standards. Replace plastic gutter to front elevation in cast iron on rise & fall brackets, with new downpipe. Re-glaze existing bathroom window.
