Description
Listed Building consent - Remove existing faux Victorian fireplace/hearth and replace with an agreed stone fireplace and hearth. Remove concrete floor and replace with flagstone floor. Remove damp plaster as necessary up to 1m and replace with hydrated lime and permeable paint. Repoint exterior front of house with hydraulic lime and repoint rear of house as needed.
