This application seeks LBC for a number of additions to this permission, including: opening up blocked-up window (W04); sub-division of first floor bathroom, to form separate en-suite and bathroom (with associated drainage/extract); mechanical ventilation to GF02 through existing grille location; new floor structure and coverings to GF:01, 02 & 03; amendment to configuration of some external rainwater goods; additional works generally to ground/first floor as outlined on plans.
