Lower the height of the back garden area and remove single storey "shed" against side of house. The rear boundary wall will be removed and replaced as a retaining wall to the existing height and in the same position and materials. The front retaining wall will be removed and rebuilt as free-standing wall at a height of 2m to match that of the neighbouring property. The side wall will remain as is. A new retaining wall will be constructed in front of it to the existing land height.
