T1 - ash. T2 - ash. T3 - willow. T4 - conifer. I am requesting permission to remove trees T1-4 down to ground level. T3 & 4 have failed across river so need removing in order to clear the river and remove risk. T1 & 2 are showing significant signs of dieback and require dismantling in order to remove risk to public and property.
