Change of use to second floor accommodation from current use as ancillary storage sapce, beautician studio and defunt play group to two proposed residential apartments. To provide adequate accommodation for residential apartments the proposal included the extension of the existing dormer structure on the east elevation and the addition of a dormer structure bridging the valley connection of the west and north roof slopes. Insertion of new sliding door unit into existing window opening on east elevation.
