Decision Description
1. Before the development hereby permitted commences the developer must submit to the local planning authority and have approved in writing a scheme setting out the phasin and timetable for the carrying out and completion of the approved works including the provision of access, the wall and the footpath. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved scheme. 2. The new boundary wall shall be set back into the site as shown on the approved plans. A continuous footway (maximum 1.8m wide) shall be created along the entire site frontage to Monyash Road, constructed in accordance with details which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority.
