Prunus avium 03255 - Removal - Tree is dying with loss of leaf canopy and dieback in a formal area of historic garden over a footpath becoming a risk. Reducing to a monolith would not be appropriate in this part of the garden due to its historic and formal nature. Fagus sylvatica 03237 - Crown reduction - Tree's crown has become imbalanced due to earlier storm damage, now has a large sail catching the prevailing wind. Overall crown reduction of 10% and further reduction on east side sail to prevent future damage and stress to tree. Ilex aquifolium 03378 - Pollard - Tree is out growing its space impacting surrounding established lime trees and reducing light to the ornamental shrub border below. Pollarding will reduce the height and allow us to manage as a large shrub.
