Large holly tree x 1 situated next to the house. Risk of damaging the house as very close to the roof and guttering now. Concerns over branches breaking off and interfering with the guttering n the roof. 30% reduction proposed to reduce the height and reduce the risk of damage to the house. Ornamental cypress tree x 1 growing in beech hedgerow. Multi-stemmed so concerns over branches breaking off and causing damage. Tree blocking out the light to the beech hedgerow causing parts of it to die off. Propose to remove this tree. No need to replace as beech hedge already established.
