Description

Large ash tree at the back overhanging a footpath and a neighbour's house roof. Signs of ash dieback. Recommend to dismantle the tree down to the low fork, retaining the large diameter trunk for habitat. With the serious targets below the tree is probably best to remove it sooner rather than later, especially at there is virtually no possibility of either MEWP or crane access in this location, regardless of cost.

Please be aware that the information below may not be complete in terms of appeal decisions, enforcement notices and appeals and legal decisions made by courts relating to the application.
