Description

T1 is a leylandii which I am requesting to remove fully in order to give the neighbouring holy more space to grow. It is also planned to plant a yew hedge along the top of this wall. T2 is a yew tree that is growing right on top of the retaining wall and is weighted heavily towards the road. I request that it be removed fully to prevent damage to the wall as well as negating the risk of failure into the road. T3 & T4 are also yew trees and I request to do a 50% reduction on them in order to let a little more light into this area and help reduce pressure on the retaining wall. T5, T6 & T7 are two smaller yews and a leylandii that I request to remove fully in order to make more of a feature of T3 & T4 as they are all planted so tightly. T8, T9, T10 & T11 are all ash trees that are showing signs of ADB. I request they be removed fully to negate risk of failure and give surrounding sycamores a little more space. T12 is a small white beam in the garden of the neighbouring property (Old Elms) but is owned by the same person. It has been planted right up against the fence line and is starting to become too big for its current location, it has also be subject to some questionable pruning which has resulted in a huge wound mid stem. I request it be removed fully.
