T1. Prunus sp. Ornamental Cherry situated within the raer garden in close proximity to property. Tree has outgrown its situation, causing an increase in lack of light through multiple windows during Spring through to Autumn. Root system of tree also causing damage to adjacent stone wall / raised planter. Remove to ground level. Shrubs / tree species to be replanted more suitable size of garden. T2. Downy Birch. Early Mature Downy Birch approximately 15-20 years old in rear garden of property. Tree has outgrown its situation in height and spread, disproportionate to its surroundings. A heavy reduction not recommened due to species / growth habit of tree, thus, remove to ground level and replant with suitable sized ornamental / fruit bearing species.
