Description
2 No Salix Caprea in poor condition, approx 2-3 stems each, which have variously pollarded, coppiced and cut back over the years. The trees are approximately 10-15 years old. The applicant intends to coppice the trees, in order to reduce their problematic overhanging branches, which are impeding the public highway. DCC have served a maintenance order. The trees will re-grow.
