Hello I am writing to you in regards to a Multi stem Ash Tree with Stage 4 Ash Dieback the tree is on the side of the road at Beechcroft Cottage School Lane Baslow (Conservation Area). The owner is very concerned with it, with the lane being a school route for young children and bits falling out the tree all the time on to the pavement. The Owner would like this to be removed down to hedge height to mitigate any risk to the puplic in which I have said this could be done under a 5 day notice as this is urgent works.
