Description

The tree is a large beech tree and Mr Ben King (tree surgeon) visited the site and informed us that the tree is in a dangerous condition as it has bark invasion by Xylococculus betulae and the beech scale insect Cryptococcus fagisuga which is causing the branches to de-leaf and drop. The tree is over a public footpath so is a danger to the general public. He recommended immediate removal.
