Elm Tree (No1) which has dutch elm disease. Tree is full of beetle holes and losing its bark, no life whatsoever, and sits next to a public footpath within our boundary wall. The tree neds to be felled to avoid risk of injury to people and neougbouring property damage. The tree is built into the boundary wall and we have planted 100m beech hedge on our boundary. We do not propose to replace the tree because of location. We have been advised by a tree surgeon, the tree is dead.
