Description

Tree Group TG1 – Conifer (x2): Proposal: Dismantle both conifer trees in sections. Reason: Trees are of low amenity value and are in close proximity to boundaries. Removal will reduce shading and prevent future encroachment. Method: Sectional dismantling to as close to ground level as possible using appropriate rigging and lowering techniques where necessary. Tree Group TG2 – Willow and Sycamore: Proposal: Remove one limb from the willow tree that is growing towards the property and overhanging phone lines. Crown lift both the willow and the sycamore to 5 metres above ground level. Reason: To reduce risk of damage to property and interference with utility services. To improve clearance for access and light while maintaining tree form and amenity. Method: Targeted pruning and crown lifting to be carried out by qualified tree surgeons in accordance with BS 3998:2010 (Tree work – Recommendations).
