Description

There are 5 Leylandii conifers that were planted (we believe) 20-30 years ago, adjacent to an old (about 200 years old) dry stone wall, with the closest just under 2m from the house. We wish to remove these non-native trees that have grown to 4m high in order to prevent damage to the stone wall and to the foundations of the house, as well as reducing the impact of the trees on natural light in the house.

Please be aware that the information below may not be complete in terms of appeal decisions, enforcement notices and appeals and legal decisions made by courts relating to the application.
