T1, pear - Fell. Due to its proximity to the building (approx 1/2 meters), to enable redesigning of the garden and the adjacent building. The tree has suffered historical mechanical damage to roots around the base of the tree. T2, silver birch - Reduce by 3/4 meters, to reduce shading, and so that it can be maintained into the future as a medium sized tree
