T1 - Scot's Pine. Dismantle and removal to ground level following failure of large bough which displayed included bark. The stem splits into 2 main stems at the next crown break which also indicates included bark between the stems.Dismantle & removal is proposed to avoid future failure given it's location, although crown reduction could be considered if deemed appropriate by the planning authority.
