Non-material amendment on NP/DDD/0411/0331 - To contain the car parking within one area and to provide a wall between the parking and Eyam Dale House. The approved scheme proposed parking to the rear of unit 4, involving and extension of curtilage and use of a narrow access. The revised scheme locates parking for each dwelling in the existing hard-surfaced area inside the original site entrance and proposes a wall to separate the parking for units 2, 3 and 4 from Eyam Dale House.
