Non-material amendment on NP/DDD/0218/0119: Change to window arrangement to accommodate security shutters that will be concealed when the building is open; Move top patch of grass back in order to allow enough access space between it and the building; Extend the Aco-style drain around round the front of the building to avoid flooding; Due to site topography, the west side of the building (down slope) now sits a fraction higher so change part of the sleeper steps towards the back of the building into a sleeper wall. (There’s no access to the building here.) This also means there won’t be a step down to the canopy on the eastern side, which could have been a trip hazard.
