Non-Material on NP/O/0725/0699 - precise position of the sewage treatment plant and associated underground services, as well as the location of underground services for the freshwater borehole. Arboriculture arrangements: The requested amendment provides better protection to the trees (T1 and T2), root protection areas (RPAs), which can be seen on the attached plan. The requested amendments result from a site meeting with the Arbiroculturalist and are in accordance with his advice. There are no changes to the Arboricultural method or impact statement specified by North West Tree Consultancy, who are overseeing the work. Having discussed the proposed new location of the borehole and sewage treatment plant the Arboriculturist has stated that there is no need for a change for the methods of work
