Description
Non-amendment to application NP/DDD/0314/0288 for Tri-fold doors replaced with french doors on front elevation. Window made smaller to sun room on side elevation. Roof lights reduce from 4 to 2 windows. Roof pitch increased to 20 degrees (from 17.5 degrees) to accommodate new tile and conservation roof light. Roof tile to be Cembrit Moorland fibre slate tile with dressed edge (in place of natural slate) in order to keep the roof pitch low. Colour blue/black.
