Non Material amendment on NP/DDD/0316/0280 - approval of amended planning drawings and an amendment the plans condition (Condition 2) of planning permission ref. NP/DDD/0316/0280 to accommodate 2 no. larger passing places. The submission of details pursuant to this also allows for the deletion of Condition 19. The NMA also seeks to vary conditions 5, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16 and 17 to enable the passing places to be completed prior to a number of other conditions being discharged.
