Non-Material Amendment on NP/DDD/1124/1228, Proposed amendments to the approved design comprise: a) Position and design of windows to the approved extension’s south and east elevations, including of the approved dormer window; b) The design of approved new ground floor window to the east end of the original dwelling’s south elevation, in place of existing door with side-lights; c) Minor alterations to drawing of existing dwelling and garage to remedy minor errors, inc. ~ ridge levels and appearance of south facing dormer and bay windows.
