Non material amendment to planing consent NP/DDD/0815/0785. 1) Timber barge boards and fascias painted black to match the original house, with guttering fixed to this as opposed to the stonework conditioned. 2) The use of uPVC wood effect windows and doors as opposed to timber conditioned. 3) The addition of a doorway in the East gable as opposed to a window. This door is in the location of an opening on the original building.
