Planning application accompanied by an environmental statement: proposed new rail unloading platform, overhead pipe gantry, 2500 tonne silo, compressor house and delivery pipeline, for the importation, reception, storage, internal transfer to existing silos and use of inbound rail fed pulverised fuel ash (PFA) as a cementitious addition to cement products at the cement mills.
