Listed Building consent - Front elevation (west end) - Install vents, expose stone work, install metal cowls on chimney stack. Front elevation (south) - Install soil vent pipe from the front roof pitch, replace downpipes, install vents, fix an external light by entrance. East gable - Fix external light on east gable West gable - Install vents and a metal flue at ground floor level Rear (north) elevation - Replace back door, fix external lighting to rear elevation, install metal cowls on chimney stack Curtilage/grounds - Attach a a tall metal gate to the rear wall
