Listed Building Consent - (1) Opening in the rear boundary wall and introduction of a gate to provide access to a garden area and the installation of an oil tank in said garden area - this work completed approx 1996/97 and oil tank instillation in 1998. (2) Introduction of a bathroom extractor vent at first floor level within the rear elevation - 2014. This fan replaces a bathroom fan placed in the window in 1973. (3) the erection of a partition within the attic space between number 42 and 43 Middle Row undertaken in approximately 2005
