Description
Listed Building consent - Relocate the existing boiler plant from the basement onto the ground floor due to recurring flooding of the plant room. For this we would need to install a boiler flue through the wall onto the internal courtyard. This would be a domestic style flue at high level. We would also need to put 2no small grilles on the external door for ventilation.
