Listed building consent for new external signage and light fittings, including: 2 x logo signs fixed to the main front door; a replacement brass plaque sign fixed to the front of the building; 3 x menu boxes fixed to the forecourt railings; 4 x uplighters to the main frontage fixed to the forecourt floor; 2 x new step-up external light fittings to illuminate the steps to the main entrance and 2 x new step-up external light fittings to the side entrance; 2 x uplighters fixed to the floor of the lift/stepped area to either side of the side entrance and 2 lights over the doors of the arched entrances to the rear courtyard building, 1 x new emergency light fitting to the right of the main entrance door; 2 x new CC security cameras and 1 x new bell box associated with the security alarm system.
