Listed Building consent - The current boiler in the Dower House was installed in 1997 and is approaching the end of its useful life. We intend replacing the boiler during 2022. The current boiler has a flue that exits through the chimney adjacent to the boiler room. The selected location for the flue is inconspicuous and cannot be seen from outside of the property.
