Listed Building consent - Removal of the existing oil boiler which is currently located in the kitchen. Replacement with an outdoor condensing oil combi boiler located on the external wall of the kitchen on the western elevation. Construction of a new concrete slab pad 750x900mm on the western elevation to accommodate the new boiler. Infill of existing flue hole with limestone & lime mortar to match existing, core drilling of new hole to allow power cable & pipework to enter/exit the building.
